The Ferrari F355 Challenge Evoluzione is a race-focused version of the F355, built for the Ferrari Challenge series. It debuted in 1995 alongside expanding championships in Europe, North America, and Japan. Based on the road-going berlinetta, this model kept a production-based engine with only minimal upgrades. Changes were limited to essentials like the exhaust system, clutch, slick tires, and mandatory racing safety equipment such as a roll cage, six-point harness, fire extinguisher, front tow hooks, and an electrical cut-off system. The car remained in competition until 2000, before being replaced by the newer 360 Challenge.
